KEY ENGAGEMENTS
• Medical Equipment Digitisation and Electronica Medical records roll out – program and project management of the required infrastructure amendments including network data cabling, network equipment, electrical power supply and medical equipment replacement. The project was executed across the National Portfolio of Netcare Hospitals.
• Telecommunication Switch Upgrade Project – MTN – Construction Project Management and Principle Agent for the construction of a new electrical substation and internal electrical equipment upgrade including Generators, Diesel Tanks, Electrical switchgear and Transformer.
• Capital Replacement Projects – KZN Flood Damage – Concept Design, Cost estimates and project execution planning for multiple floor relief projects at a South African Breweries premises.
• Capitalization of project assets – A drive towards compliance – Netcare. Identification of new assets, its barcoding and asset register capturing of fixed building assets.
• Netcare Head Office refurbishment – Project engagement executed over multiple phases with various Contractors whilst maintaining a live operational environment. The project included the fit-out and renovation of the canteen, coffee bar, entrance foyer, auditorium and boardrooms. It also included the replacement of the building HVAC system and upgrade to an audit compliance access control and CCTV system.
