Akeso Clinics: Building Regulation Compliance Projects

Head Office Refurbishment – Netcare – Main Foyer, Auditorium, Boardrooms, Canteen & Coffee Bar

The project involved a complete refurbishment of the Netcare Head Office main Foyer and auditorium. Our role is project manager and principal agent on the appointment of main contractors. Multiple contracts is being managed as part of this project.

Netcare: Care On – Medical Equipment Digitisation

Mobile Telephone Networks (MTN): Telecommunication Switch Upgrade project

Old Mutual Insure Head Office In collaboration with Premier Design Studio

The project involved re-space planning with all new furniture and an internal refurbishment of the old KPMG building to house the new Head Office of Old Mutual Insure. The relationship with this client is ongoing in terms of assisting with smaller space planning projects.

Thomson Reuters Cape Town In collaboration with Tétris & Premier Design Studio

The project involved a completely new internal fit–out, high-end design, and layout of a newly erected building for Thomson Reuters. Our appointment included managing and coordinating the staff office moves into the new building.
